Everything you need to know about how Kindbee handles your reviews and your data.
How does the Google connection work?+
You connect your Google Business Profile through Google's secure OAuth sign-in. You explicitly grant Kindbee permission to read your reviews and post replies that you approve. We never see your Google password, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Your Google access tokens are encrypted at rest, all traffic is sent over HTTPS, and your data is only used to monitor reviews and draft replies. We never sell your data, and our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Can I edit replies before publishing?+
Always. Every reply is a draft until you approve it. Tap Publish to post it as written, or open the editor to tweak the wording first. You stay in full control of what your customers see.
What happens with negative reviews?+
One and two-star reviews are flagged and escalated to you first. They are never published automatically, so you always get a chance to read the review, adjust the reply, and respond with care.
Which review platforms do you support?+
Kindbee works with Google Business Profile reviews today. Yelp and TripAdvisor support are on the way and will be available as add-ons.
How do I get access?+

Does Kindbee post replies automatically without my approval?+
No. Kindbee never posts a reply without your explicit approval. Even in instant-approve mode, a reply only goes live after you tap Publish on it. There is no fully automated posting, ever. This keeps you in control and keeps Kindbee compliant with Google's Business Profile API terms.
