These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kindbee. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Kindbee is a software service that monitors reviews on your connected Google Business Profile, generates AI-drafted replies, and lets you approve and publish those replies. Kindbee is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

2. Eligibility and your responsibilities

By using Kindbee, you confirm that:

  • You are an authorized representative of the business whose Google Business Profile you connect, and you have permission to manage its reviews.
  • The information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
  • You will review replies for accuracy and tone, and you are responsible for the content you choose to publish.
  • You will not use Kindbee to post misleading, unlawful, or abusive content.

3. Reply approval and publishing

Kindbee never publishes a reply without your explicit approval. AI drafts are suggestions only; a reply is posted to Google solely after you approve it, including in instant-approve mode where approval is a single tap. You remain in control of, and responsible for, every published reply.

4. Google data usage

Kindbee accesses Google Business Profile data through Google's official APIs and OAuth flow. Our access to and use of this data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You may revoke Kindbee's access from your Google account at any time.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access accounts that are not yours, reverse-engineering the service, or using it to violate Google's policies or any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Kindbee is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindbee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of Kindbee after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
